Ready arrabiata sauce made from a particular Sicilian variety of tomato: "u siccagnu". Grown in the soils of the municipalities of the Sicilian hinterland, the Siccagno tomato has a particular dry cultivation, that is without water, which gives the plant a rustic appearance with few fruits and relatively small, but rich in nutrients. These characteristics give the sauce an authentic and tasty taste, while making it a product that, in flavor and aroma, recalls those of our island.
