Description: Deep purplish red color with pomegranate reflections, gives an intense bouquet where a pretty ripe fruit immediately emerges: plum, redcurrant and morello cherry on a spicy background of black pepper, vanilla and tobacco. On the palate it is soft and enveloping, with well-blended tannins and a pleasant chocolate finish.

Pairing: Ideal to accompany elaborate red meat dishes, such as braised meats or roasts, this Merlot also goes wonderfully with mature cheeses and mushroom dishes. It is a wine that can be enjoyed immediately, but which also has great aging potential.
