Tasting : Deep ruby ​​in color which tends towards purple nuances upon observation, Primitivo Dolce de Barsento offers an intriguing aromatic complexity on the nose. The predominant notes are those of ripe red fruits such as plum and cherry, enriched with nuances of sweet spices and a slight touch of vanilla, the result of skillful maturation. On the palate, its entry is soft and velvety, with a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity which makes it extremely pleasant and never cloying. The tannins are supple and well integrated, contributing to a persistent and aromatic finish, where we find spicy and fruity notes.

Pairing : This wine goes wonderfully with chocolate desserts, blue cheeses or as a meditation wine at the end of a meal. It is also amazing with spicy dishes, where its natural sweetness expertly balances the spiciness of the food.
