Grape variety: Chardonnay

Tasting: Color Intense straw yellow with green and golden nuances. The initially spicy fragrance opens in a fan offering an olfactory palette overflowing with floral and fruity scents. Yellow apple, citrus notes, lime, alongside hazelnut and vanilla. In the mouth the taste is silky, velvety and soft at the same time, thanks to the fresh grain and the gentle spiciness of the woods used. The finish conquers with its extreme duration and allows the taster to participate in the important particularity of the terroir.

Pairing: Suitable for all fish dishes, poultry and soft cheeses, it is also a worthy accompaniment to mussels and shellfish.
