Tasting: Intense straw yellow color with golden highlights. On the nose floral notes, orange blossom and magnolia. Ripe fruits with yellow pulp, apricot, peaches, notes of citrus and aromatic herbs. The sip is rich, smooth with a savory finish.

Pairing: Excellent as an aperitif, it goes with fish starters, white meats, shellfish, seafood risottos and grilled vegetables.
