Tasting : In the glass, the wine presents a brilliant straw yellow color, enriched with greenish reflections which suggest its freshness and liveliness. On the nose, intense and enveloping aromas of white pulp fruits such as peach and pear emerge, combined with delicate floral notes of jasmine and slightly aromatic notes of fresh herbs, which confirm the typical character of the Fiano grape variety. On the palate, the Bianco Fiano IGP Apulia – Pàndaro – Barsento appears balanced and harmonious. Its well-balanced acidity leads to pleasant drinkability, supported by a medium structure and a lingering finish that recalls the delicate fruity notes perceived on the nose.
