Tasting: Intense ruby red color. On the nose, nuances of perfumes are revealed: myrtle, thyme, marjoram, red fruits at their peak and a salty touch which refers to the presence of the sea, or southern water. On the palate at first it appears delicate with tangy/salty characteristics typical of Negroamaro which, accentuated by a structured although young tannin, continues in the evolution of the sip with a dynamic vitality ready to settle in the mouth giving a trail slow in flavor.
Pairing: Recommended with grilled and roasted meat, gratins and mature cheeses.
